What I wish
No one would disagree that “eating” is one of the activities deeply baked into the life of human being.
My wish, therefore, is that every one can feel happier and more satisfied when he/she eats something.
My deceased father had had difficulty in having meals at the later stage of his fight with a cancer.
It would absolutely be great if someone can enjoy his/her meals with his/her family, even at the last meal of his/her life. I would like to be of help in making someone’s meal such a relaxing and happy moment.
This is why I started “Kobozu Kitchen （小坊主食堂）”.
